The fine, adventuresome baking blog of C&C Cakery posted this "Kaylee-inspired cupcake recipe" a while back. They aptly point out the similarities: The strawberry buttercream icing is a nod to both Kaylee's strawberry connection in the pilot AND her pink layer-cake dress in Shindig! Fluffy green tea cake rounds out the asian-fusion world, and we have these 100% homemade babies:
